Led a team building 5G cloud network infrastructure. Optimized packet forwarding in Telco private cloud using SR-IOV, OVS+DPDK, hardware offloading, and migrated workloads to Kubernetes.
Built compatibility libraries, runtime, and tooling to run iOS apps natively on Tizen OS. Became project lead in 2016. Technically one of the most challenging cross-platform tasks possible.
System-level optimization of CPU performance, memory consumption, and power usage in Tizen mobile OS. Applied ARM NEON SIMD instructions and profiled with perf and valgrind for measurable gains.
Designed a fast local user-data cache for up to 10,000 users for an ACS controller. Also built a GSM multiplexer driver and call workflow logic for a police vehicle radio/GSM communication device.
Keyboard driver, display driver, and encrypted flash storage (as USB mass storage) for a Bluetooth-based encrypted phone. The device pairs with a companion smartphone for secure voice communication.
Embedded module for real-time train telemetry: collects sensor data via CAN bus, transmits it to a server over GPRS, and receives speed-limit data for upcoming track sections.
Firmware development and industrial design contribution for a handheld device measuring air quality and radiation levels. Full lifecycle from hardware prototype to finished product.
First engineering role. Firmware for electronic scales now deployed in every Russian Post office nationwide — a product used by millions of people every day.
